4. you can use whatever you want to make it look good as long as it is based around the subject!

im not sure on the whole annual thing, but as far as im aware this is just a sig request with a donation as the prize for the best, so its ok to go in here, but, whats the whole annual thing about lol

hahaha, every month would be pre-annual, longer than a year = post-annual. less than a year = pre-annual and a year is annual. but you would probably have been better off just saying monthly :D
