Well for your first sig its pretty good. But a couple of things come to mind-

- the size is off, try somewhere around 400x150
- try downloading some brushes and add to the bachground (where its grey)
- and the text needs improvemnts imo

but all in all its yout first sig and the smudging is ace nice work!

Thats brill....would be perect tho if it had a border, was general size and the smudging was a bit further out to cover some of the background a little more. But its an ace sig, very very good indeed for your 1st, really nice work :D:D
