Photo Explosion is a software that is mainly used to create banners, cards, banners (printed banners not forum banners lol) and the likes - and is very weak at creating signatures, I`ll be very surprised if your even able to DO borders with it.

As it has very very basic photo editing tools that allow the creation of new images on a par with even Paint Shop Pro, let alone Photoshop.

If I were you, I would attempt to use GIMP - which is free, although free, its more than capable in comparison with Photo Explosion (just ask Noobie).

yeh i know its better than photo explosion but at least i can edit out figures easily. i tried wth gimp but its to hard. is adobe photo shop 5.0 any good? thts what someone is going to give me.
