Animated Sigs tut plz

thanks to Noobie i can animate text and such, but i want to know how to do other stuff (someone has a sig with optimus prime and mewtwo, mewtwo has green lightning on his hands that glows, that kinda stuff), or clouds that move across that background

i think their just premade animated scripts, u can download some of deviantArt ( www.deviantArt.com ) and they have directions how to install them too.

or if u ment putting in a video persay,like this:

once u find the one u are looking for(i just download some off www.coolavatars.net ) then flatten the backround until its only 1 layer then-> open as layer-> pick the video persay->and open it. optimize then save as .gif and make sure u check off the box that says "Save as Animation"
