Animation link.

Hey guys, recently I just got Photoshop. I have both 7 and CS3 so neither are a problem for me.

What I do want to know is how to directly get animation from any video (example: youtube) that you just stick the link in there and make it into an avatar or something else and get the exact part that you wanted from that show/movie... get what I mean?

I tried to find some stuff to help, but no luck, can you guys maybe tell me how? If any of you do...Thanks so much!

Wait actually.. thanks for that link but it's no use to me. The video is just too small to see and no one talks. And besides, when it tells me to click on Local Hard Drive, I have no idea what I'm supposed to do there.

If anyone else has other ideas, please tell me, thanks.
