These are the basic elements.

The blue blocks in the timeline are the KEYFRAMES

The scene is rendered to individual images which I have sucked into Animation Shop 3 and saved to the image below, I have changed Frame 45 to last 250 ms so it looks like it stops.

if i make them a bit bigger but still 91 frames then say 120 x 120 then it works out around 500k:
