Basic signature Competition (beginners only)

This competition will be run weekly by myself, Etha.
It's an opportunity for beginners to learn and improve their sig making skills.

Here are the rules:

1) You can only join in only if you class yourself as a beginner and want to learn and improve your skills.

2) Signatures must not be over 400x150.

3) You must include your username on the signature.

4) Everyone must use the same render given and chosen by the runner of the comp...Etha.
The render will be varied each week.

5) The competition will run from Monday to Friday.

6) During this time, once a signature has been submitted, everyone on the forum (beginner or advanced) can comment on the signatures posted and feel free to advise them on what to change to improve it.

7) Signatures can be changed up untill you are happy with the final result. But must be completed by Friday.

8.) Voting will be Saturday untill Sunday.

9) Anyone can vote...(beginner or advanced).

10) You must NOT vote for your own signature.

11) There are no points involved whatsoever. This is just to learn.

my advice-

-get rid of the yellow stroke from the border, (i used to do that when i 1st started as well lol)

-your backrgound looks a bit bare, behind the batman logo etc, try downloading some brushes n use that for your backrgound

-then blend in your renders a lil better, looks like a copy and paste of images

- your text is good placed well and fits with the sig, nw

all in all for a beginners sig it is pretty good. nice work, keep it up!

my advice-

Keep the yellow line love it...

Get some brushes but keep the batman mark

resize the render so you get some more workspace around it , ad some nice brushing or smudging + light and your done

ace sig...id do either a normal 1 pixel black border or a cinema border
Make the renders slightly smaller like hub mentioned, so you have more room to work with, and i love the batman symbol in the bottom right corner, its ace
And yeah, maybe some usage of brushes would be cool too.
But overall a really good sig, nice work.

And IdI0t4e, you do know that you can take some of the advice given and resubmit your entry, right?

Yeah....like etha said, you can change your entry as often as you like but it must be completed by friday.
Thats why we all commented and advised, so you could improve it before voting starts :)

As for your alterations, i think theyve improved the sig tons. Although i really think a thick black cinema border would look brilliant. But vast improvement deffo :D
