How to have a sig what look like it got blocks in it

dead easy to do smile :) get ur layer go to filter> pixelate > mosiac then select how big want the blocks about 15 or sumthing and then just got to filter> sharpen > sharpen sharpen this about 5 times and uve got your blocks :) im uploading my first video commentry tutorial check it out :)
