Uh, Im doing a photo manipulation ATM, and i'd like to concentrate on it. Will start on the tut in about an hour or two, expect it by like 12 tonight, if i concentrate. (Not that hard to make a border tut, but now that i think about it... how many borders can you make?

really its really easy to make a border in gimp! um ill let hone make a border tut but i think i have one let me look

Just create a new layer. Go to - Select > All / Select > Border (choose the values) the set the foreground colour and use the fill bucket to fill in the selection.
