grumpybumpers describe it as 'Universal Sig Rotator ... that will let you set up a rotating random image url-- for example, for a forum sig.'

signature rotation is program/script which chances signature every refresh, that way you dont have to have just link or multiple signature on your signature space, you can just have 1 signature which chances everytime :)
