So who would you choose to quarterback your football team? The one day Hall of Famer Brett Farve...who has proved himself over and over again, but is towards the end of his career? Or Aaron Rogers who is the young buck that is full of potential, but lacks experience and is injure prone?

Brett Favre is still a good QB even though he's so old.

Heck yeah he is and personally I hope that Aaron Rogers doesn't play well so they FIRE Ted Thompson. Green Bay should have had a little loyalty to Brett and instead they treated him like crap. I hate the Packers organization right now and I understand that it is not Aaron Rogers fault, but I can't help how I feel. Only being honest. Go JETS!

I have a friend (Robert Turner) that plays OL for the Jets. He just got on the playing squad, and says that Favre is "just a regular guy". Look where the Jets are. Look at the Packers.

i would definately pick Brett Favre last year they went 14-2 if im not mistaken and their record right now is 5-5
they had to move on eventually but i really dont think now was the time for the GM to do it. he should be fired

i would choose Aaron Rodgers if i were rebuilding my team but if only for one season i would have to go with the great Brett Favre. :]

Favre, all the way. He was sole reason I liked GreenBay. Without him, the Packers are just worthless.
Haha, and now, he still wants to play. He's one tough guy. Age doesn't stop him at all.

Favre for a season, but the packers are trying to build a franchise and rodgers is young and has potential so i see their point

Brett Favre, just because you can deliver under pressure and play hurt. Where as Aaron Rogers still have to develop and it'll take around three years for him to fully developed if he is given those years injury free. Favre on the other has at least three good years left in him. Yeah I know three years!? but given these last couple of years he has shown minimual decrease in skill. I would give him longer if has a good offense line.

I'm kinda surprised to see this post.
I just jined this site... tryna get 10 posts so I can get someone to cut this damn picture cuz I can't...
but neway I'm a die hard packers fan...
"diehard" as in.. i can nearly name all 53 players on the roster...
I know dates blah blah w/e
but after seeing the season end with a 6-10 mark... I'm kind of dissapointed...
but at the same time I'm excited for next year.
Rodgers was a top 5 QB in terms of passing yards... he was pretty safe and cautious with the football... and what I loved to see.. he knew when to throw it away... something Favre lacked...
also hes about.... | |...... no more like... | | that much more agile and quicker than Favre..
Packers lost 10 games... 8 of those games were by 4 or less points I believe... correct me if I'm wrong...
Rodgers just isn't CLUTCH
I think the statistics read that he as 8..... EIGHT chances to win or tie the game in the 4th quater.... and he succeeded only 0 times... YES 0 TIMES... ZILCH... GOD DAMN NOTHING
and our defense was struggling near the end of the season...
we were a top 10 defense at one point... and we finished ranked 22 overal... its some major bull**** what happened this year... I'm expecting next year to be different though...
glad i had a chance to say how i felt... lol
oh.... btw
rodgers > favre... rodgers isa better QB overall... and he obviously has a couple more years left than favre :P
