How can i reasize a picture ? not in pixels.. but in Kb ? my pictre is 74kb and i want it smaller.. any1 know how i do that ? ^^

some file types are more compressed, just google "picture type compression sizes" might bring an answer. otherwise just compress it. there are programs out there that cna do that. but alot of quality is lost in the process
