cant save as animated gif in image read

can any one help me I made an animation in Imageready and im supposed to save it as a animated gif but it will only let me save it sa a images only (gif) why cant i save it as animated (yes i am using save optimized as) when i open it and put it on forums it only shws the first frame plz help.

u need to go to save for web and devices then u can save it as a GIF m8 :)

i got it i had to export it as a flash media file then download a swf to animated gif converter so it works now wooo!
