chaintaging?

maybe someone should put up a sticky in the chaintaging section.

explaining what it is, and how it is done. New (or old) members , including myself, have never done it before, so it would be very helpful. Put up any rules ar whatever you need to do, if you have to save it as a certain file format ect...

Theres still some section with no specific rules im working on getting that together and will stick it as soon as i find it But basically is Anyone can start a chaintag with a background and render and post it (png) someone else takes it and adds his inspiration to it and so on.

Someone correct me if im wrong or add some more suggestions!!

Im open to suggestions in all the rules atm.
