407370 is the theme. Any form of animation is acceptable but each entry must have movement. Animation can be as subtle or garish as you like (Hint - I really like garish :D )

Animate the text or the background or put in a video clip (no sports clips) or create a sig with every element animated.

i know it is not, it's the part wheree the falling rain goes back to the starting point, i dont know how to make it smooth, like i said im not good at animation. :(

Okay, i probably don't know what im talking about, but..

If you edit the frames and make the grey rain, how it falls down, if you make it fall down in a shorter period(Which makes it abit more smoother) and speed up the (MS) abit.

The rain effect is produced by totally random motion blur on a frame at least twice as big as the sig. The big frame is moved to roughly follow a path from top right to bottom left but is random enough to not see the join.

The text effect adds to the rainy feel.

Remember the theme is 407370
