Request Rules Updated
Thought id let you all know that there are now new rules for requesting and for making signatures.

From now on, anyone fulfilling a request should now include "signaturebar.com" on the graphic, very discretely in a corner for example.

You should save the image with and without the address on it.

First post the signature with the address on it, and then give them the option to donate you 50 points, for you to post the signature without the address. Once you have recieved the points, you then post the signature without the address on it. Unless of course theyre happy with the first one.

PLEASE NOTE::
If you do not remove the watermark once someone has payed for it, a member of staff has the rights to remove it themselves without your permission. This will not be classed as ripping!

imo no, it would be prefered as its a subtle but legible font. So just TRY and use that font, or something similar!!!

as many as you want, but please try not to have more than 2 requests going at the ame time :)

Hmm. Interresting Idea, I dont know if people will like it or not. As they will be putting Signaturebar.com on the left corner. It might interract with the signature a little, but I guess its only for requests right?

Oh, I see now. Does it matter how small or how large they can put it? Cause I know that some artist might just put it really small, small enough that you can barely make it out in the signature.

i think it's supposed to be small enough so that it won't attract all the attention, but big enough to be readable correct?

if the person requesting doesnt like signaturebar.com on it, they pay 50 points to the person who made the sig and the person who made the sig must remove it for them :)

It would be great, than that way the artist dont have to take time out of there day to make requests to some one. But it is also bad, cause than no one would want to do requests.

that wouldnt be great as that is the main idea of this site!!! to be able to get a free sig lol

But we have discussed this with staff and came to the conclusion that people can still get it without the watermark by paying 50 points so thats ok. And by adding the site url it will advertise our site through them and bring in more ppl. And it will stop ppl from using our sigs as their own...

I don't think so, just look at a lot of the other GFX sites, they have WAY harshers rules all around for just regular things....

do i have to put that like to animated sig/banners because it is very hard because im learning animation so i dont know how to delete that without making that animation again and i dont wanna save all sigs psds...

and how about avatars like 64x64 that is too small for 13px font...

Hey, good idea. Will stop people from joining, making 10 posts, requesting a sig, then bailing. Appreciate the effort put into making that tutorial diesel, ta. This should also help raise awareness of SB. Cool idea guys!

Sounds fine to me, yeah I'm new, but its not as if your asking for $. I'm here to learn - if I can get a sig while im here till I learn to do it for myself, all well n good.

Some people just dont appreciate the effort made by others.
