Clean up.

I noticed that the signiture request section is a full two pages of some complete signatures and some not. I think we should temporarily hold off on request for signatures and finish up everything we have missed or forgotten.

The ones that say sig made, we are waiting for them to return, to say if they like it or not. We give them 5 days.
The ones saying complete were only called complete yesterday, i normally move them over to complete the following day :)
