Hi,
Could anyone tell me .. when I make a signature
using photoshop the finish looks clear in PS and
when I upload to photobucket then put the
signature on another forum for others to use on
my screen it does not look clear but others say its
clear? Any advise? Could it have something to do with
photobucket? Any advise would be grateful.

What do you mean by a screen shot?

We need to see what you mean by clear, so on a forum where it does this you need to take a screenshot of it and then post it here so we can see :)
To take a screenshot 1st make sure you can see what it is you want to SS, then press your prtscr button on your keyboard (this will put a copy of your screen to your clipboard)
Now you need to open paint Start>All Programmes>Accessories>Paint
Once paint is open now you need to select Edit>Paste
This should put a pic of what you've just screenshotted into paint.
Now select Image>Resize/Skew and then resize it to about 50% of its original size on horizontal and vertical and click ok.
Now click File>Save as and save it to where ever on your computer.
Now you can upload the saved SS to photobucket or somewhere and then post it here using the [img] tags and we will be able to see what it is you mean :)
Hope this helps :)

also did you save it as a jpg or png?
jpg will lose quality, so if you did, just save it as a png :)

Thanks for all the replies .. I always save it as a jpeg.
Mel76 sounds a bit difficult your instructions as Im only
new to this tho thank you all for trying to explain. Just
had a thought does PS wear out? It might sound like a
stupid question I hope it doesnt wear out.
Lol. No it dosnt, save your stuff as a png and if everything is blurry/etc then get a new monitor/video card

there are a number of reasons it is blurry, did you mess with the resolution? did you not turn the quality all the way up?
but saving it as a png will fix it, unless you did mess with the resolution...
and png, is as widely used a jpeg :)
