PeeWee, is a very well know Graphic Maker on PlanetRenders. The signature here, was made using one of PeeWee's Signature Tutorials, if you need proof i can get it.

Wanna play spot the difference? This signature involved alot of brushing so it's pretty much impossible to have an exact same copy.

Also, we'd like to see the PSD. It can't be made in gimp, seeing as those Shapes are brushes in PS and have not yet been converted to Gimp.

Have any of you ever honestly offered him help into making sig? Maybe he was having problems and wanted to be noticed... Maybe he just wanted people to say something nice about his work... You've taken something Simple and turned it into a lets flame post. This is stupid and retarted... So he did it... What now you ban him? Why not try and help him? Why not find out why he did it? Have any of you ever though that instead of banning someone for 1 offense to trying to help them. Figure out why and see if you can't help him? I mean honestly... That's what the CnC section is for, and he has posted multiple sigs there and received help for them.

Yes, he ripped, but its more so the fact that he cannot admit to it, and continues to lie to the sigbar members. The CnC forum is for help, so don't say there is a lack of help for him. There is tons, and everyone is given equal opportunity for help, so its not like he is misisng out.

Technically we're not ripping by going to google and getting a picture, the Fair Use doctrine explains this. No1 here flamed Storm, he was simply caught out for ripping. No personal attacks were made towards him.



This has gone on long enough. I am closing this thread, and although rules state he should be banned, I am giving him an infraction, taking into consideration his regular activity on the forum and reputation. Tommadzs- this is your only warning. If you are caught out again you will indeed be banned.

The no Rip policy is to not make our community look like a safe haven for "rippers" to the outside people. We have people coming from other graphics forums, like MW, bees. and many others and if they see that people get away with ripping here it doesn't look good. Other froums have the same exact policy.

People aren't over reacting, and acting like two year olds. There is clear evidence that looks to most that Tom has ripped a Sig and he needs the appropriate reprimand.

My thoughts: I find it really really hard to believe you can copy another sig bit by bit. For one I have a crap load of Brushes but the brushes peewee used I don't, so having the same brushes is hard enough, but to have the compo and same exact placement of the brushes is incredible.

If Tom wanted to say yes I did rip because (maybe he doesn't understand what ripping consists of).... People would be easier to forgive when it so obvious to everyone else.
