[ Complete ] Banner for Guild, please

HI, you guys did a great job on my sig, so I'm coming here for my guild's banner.

What is the graphic about?
My Guild is on Star Wars Galaxies, the guild is called "United Faction Alliance", the guild is about two sides coming together to form a stronger whole.
What is the required size (Pixels)?
500x200
Preferred image to be used (If any)? http://s194.photobucket.com/albums/z45/anwelldulo/guild%20banner/

I would like the "Empire" and "Rebel" sybmols to be cut in half down the middle and merge in the center of the banner to form a new symbol with half of each.

I also added some extra images that can be played around with.

The background colour combination you prefer?
Dark on the Empire side, Light on the Rebelion side(if possible, sounds hard), if not a red or blue background will do.
Text wanted on the graphic? "United Faction Alliance" , "United Faction" on TOp center, "Allliance", bottom center
Whether you want it to be animated? if you want, not needed
Anything we should avoid?
Nope, and feel free to add things or whatever you want, just as long as the symbols are there and the name of the guild. Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone has tried this yet. its ok if no one has, but I am going to need to look elsewhere soon. It would help my guild tenfold in recruitment efforts to have this. If you are trying it please let me know. Thanks anyway if not.
