[complete] can you guys make me an animated avatar

i need an avatar out of this avi animation. i just want like the very first part. after the text, when the russian soldier is doing the chicken dance. can it be made into a gif. just that begining.

P.S If you have photoshop and imageready, making a simply animated avatar is quite easy, you should try it :)

But Im sure one of the guys will make you one if you're nice to us :)

FLV. movies will NOT import into ImageReady - the ONLY format of video that can be imported into a signature is a Quicktime MOV file.

Yes, that .FLV file (you see, its NOT an AVI like you said it was) you supplied can probably be converted, but sorry, not by me, thats not my job - so unless you supply what I can use, this is a no go for me.
