Hey guys i had a forum banner made by one of you a while back and it was fantastic so i thought i'd come back for more.
Any way i recently got COD4 and i love it, me and a bunch of my friends from school have created a clan but dont want to limit it to just my school so we called it the ACC (All Canadian Crew)
So basically heres what i would like, a simple banner for my site with [ACC] in the cod4 font, (if you dont know what i mean i'm including a link at the end) I want it right in the middle with an emblem behind it (ill include this at the end as well) and then i have an image for you to put in the background and i would like it if you could make it a neon green color, kind of like night vision with those black lines going diagonally and a glossy look, like those small signatures you make. I want the green, line, glossy only on the background tho not afecting the emblem or the [ACC]. Then in the bottom left hand corner i would like you to put All Canadian Crew, once again in that COD4 font.
Any help you are willing to give me is greatly appreciated as i am not much of an artist and struggle with making signatures or banners.
