More layers...duplicate the layer by about 5 times, and do the same with the rest of the pics too. You may need to do it more than 5 times, see how it turns out.

If your using Photoshop - you do not need to duplicate the layers, all you need do is on the animation window layout of the layers ; at the very bottom of each layer is a timestamp - just change that to 1sec per layer.

Job done.

If your using PSP or something else - cant help lol

i put 4 background layers for 3 animation pics. but there is a limit to how many times i can "undo" merge downs. so i cant duplicate mare than above said numbers, can i?

Yeah, you shouldnt have a problem.
Also, you should be able to undo as many times as you need to, unless you save the file half way through, and then you will only be able to undo untill the point you saved

Right - I know you wanted images animating at two second intervals, but I was bored - so thought I`d try this way.

Its 1.4mb tho ... lol thats the problem with animations on signatures, always get a high filesize.

Thanks Noobie - I actually personally hate animating in a big way on sigs (small text animations are fine) - because I hate the eventual filesize - and if you use that kind of sig on a forum (1.4mb) you inevitable get told to remove it lol as it lags the forum whilst it loads lol.
