[complete] need a forum avatar

Hy all!
This is a great site with a lot of great userbars and so on....
I want to request a forum avatar that includes this image http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/9335/darkman2uv9.jpg (and it must be maximum 120x100 image) and my name ( kapri ) in this picture.

The size of the signature ? (Default size 400 x 150)
The image you want? (A valid picture or a link to a picture is 100% Required)
The colour combination you prefer?
The text you want on the signature?
Whether you want it to be animated?
Anything we should avoid?

also you need a minimum post count of 10 to request a signature.
