dont go over board with your brushing and still some troubles with your resizing by the look of it

Brilliant improvement, like already said, try not to use too many brushes...and just a tip on resizing....
right click on the layer you want to resize, in the layers box.....then click on scale layer....When you change the height, the width will change automatically, so it wont get stretched nor blury :D
But yeah, tons better already.
