Normaly it wouldnt matter about copyright, for we are not selling the product, therefore it isnt copyright infringment. however i am not the admin of this site so it is not my desicion. So if you really want it done, go to the site you got the image from and see if you can find LoverdollX and ask them if it is ok.

I do legal studies at school, and according to online copyright, it needs to be a blatant © symbol with date of issue and business name, otherwise the copyright is void.

We can legally use this picture.

btw i think as only the girl in the wallpaper is wanted to make another wallpaper out of its ok, cuz ur not copying or using the wallpaper, i highly doubt the person who made the wp made the girl too!
