In this case, the ones without the scan lines are best because the ones that have them, the scan lines are waayyy to dark.

And you used the wrong font or wrong size, it should be Visitor TT1 BRK at size 10pt.

Changed the font size (it was 12) and made the scanlines with opacity at 30% Which is better? With or without scanlines?

You dont need to add your name on userbars and try to make text on right and img on left

yeah, the concept is good, the colors are a tiiiiiiny bit to bright on the first userbar, its a very well done userbar, but theres two things i'd change:

The text is supposed to be on one side, but i would recommend putting the pic on the opposite side, rather than in the middle.

You dont need your name on it :)
