Well, I thought this idea up last night.
Basically I have templates for a Ford Crown Vic mod for GTA SA.
I have tools that allows me too add these templates to the car and use them ingame.
Well, I thought it would be cool if there was a comp that allowed you to design a police car.
To start you need to save the template below from my photobucket;

Your canvas is the WHITE areas ONLY, anything on the BLACK section wont appear on the car.
You can make this look however you want, there are no limitations.
Once you have finished creating the car, send me a message with a link to the template. I will then add each individual one to the car and test them in my game. Then i will screenshot them and post them for judging. I will be assisted in judging by a friend from that site. There will be a 3 day voting period, but votes will only be taken into consideration and used to help us decide.
The winning car will get an OFFICIAL release on a specialized modding site.
