you have cyclic ip. this happened to me, but i registered at another place
a person also using that ip must of got banned
it happens to quite a few people

reset ur modem and router, then u should be able to register
maybe...
lol, incase u dont know how

hit the standby button on ur modem, unplug the power cord on both
wait 10 secs
plug cords back in
when all the lights light up hit the standby on modem again. done

BUTTT, dont do that ifu have custom settings on ur modem lol. they get lost

where ever you register.. you wont be able to log in at your house or where ever it sead you got banned... becouse your internet IP is banned by the website.. unfortunatly

i got the same prob a while back hun.....it also said that if many people have spammed or got banned from a certain internet provider, then the whole provider will be banned.....i use sky for my broadband, so sky users cant register by the looks of it either :( ...what do u use

i registered at my brothers house this morning, cos he's using a different internet provider. now i can go on and login to deviantart.com on my own computer. Problem Solved! :D
