i saw this mini image. and i wanted to enlarge it but its really blurry(huge pixels)!
so is there a way to enlarge it without making it blurry?

not without some decent work put into it, using the blur and sharpen tools in photoshop, basically no though :)

you can sharpen it or find another picture
