I was searching the net and found this thing, i think it does help =]
Every morning BEFORE breakfast, you do 30 min of excercise. Do what ever you want, run, ride a bike w/e BUT DO IT CONSTANTLY FOR 30 MINUTESListen to some music that makes you energized, maybe some movie themes, metal whatever you like, as long as it keeps you pushing harder =]
Breakfast: Cereal, with normal milk, chocolate milk, or without milk, as long as it is Cereal(Corn Flakes, Keloggs i dont know what you have at your place:)) 1 bowl of it, only one =]
Lunch: Carbon-hydrates (sorry if i misspelled it :))as in potatoes, spaghetti and whatever you think is carbonhydrates =]
Supper/Dinner: A piece of MEAT. Yes you heard me right. A big oh well moderate, juicy hunk o' meat. Not to greassy.
(Note: eat different kinds of sallads before lunch, and for snacks better eat an apple than a twix)
Drink only water, no beer( :? :? :? :cry: :cry: :cry: ), no sodas, not anything that has sugar
Edit: im going to start this regime tommorow. And btw you can post your oppinions here aswell =]

hmm nah ill stick to my diet went from 310 lbs to 194 lbs so i think im good lol XD i actually eat a lot more then i used to i kicked my metabolic rate through the roof ^^

Steroids=sucks, anorexic=dude you better get a doctor or sumthing, my friend is anorexic, and she cant go to school with us anymore, shes at a hospital school. So you better watch out(unless your pulling one over on me) =]
And, Bloody_Saint can you give me that diet plz? =]
I have to get started exersizing some more or something =[ Seems like everything I try just doesn't work for me. Heres a good peice of advice: If ever prescribed Zoloft or any other kind of anti-depressant, DON'T TAKE IT.
I put on over almost 70 pounds within one summer =[ And now it's hell trying to get it back off.
And yes, Bloody_Saint, do share =]

Nah im special anorexic i dont get sick or anything i just dont put on weight right now i think im around 45 Kgs

I think you should check some definitions out Vintage.
I am rather skinny so dieting is not an easy, but this plan would also contribute greatly to muscle growth. Though, if you are looking into that I'd advise to lift weights sometime after supper and cross-train.

My diet is suitable for adults aswell as all kids, and teens whose bodies havent grown to its fullest yet, um for the bodies who are not mature enough, and if you keep doing it, i guarantee you will take of at least 0.5 kilos every day =]

Yeah id like too but its more that im lazy and i wouldnt be able to keep it up, but i would like too.

XD my diet was four meals a day whatever i wanted didnt matter as long as it was proportioned and not way too much other than that i did a job that involved
a lot of sweating so i was drinking 3-4 gallons of water a day flushed my system after that metabolic rate has been up ever since dont think ill get too far below the weight im at now though im 6 foot 2 inches so 194 is a pretty good weight.
edit:forgot to mention i also have no gallbladder so anything with grease just dose not get digested at all so i also have a tad bit of help lol

You could start working out and turn the fat (if you have any) into muscle. You might way more but you will look better. :)

yeah, but if i wanted to work out, ill have to go to a gym. You have to pay for a gym, my mom wouldnt give me the money for 2 resons:
1.Thats a lot of money
2. Gym isnt for kids, you will stop growing
So im kinda in a difficult situation

Join a sports team! I was gonna but there's so much going on right now in my life it's kind of hard. If you can't find one or can't make it on your team try to find a site that is specifically for teams in your area.
For example, Ohio Fastpitch Connection (http://www.game-ex.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl) is where I would go if I wanted to join a beginner friendly team (I'm not a beginner but way out of shae since the season ended last year) for softball. Places like that hold tons of camps and meets for almost not money at all.
My mom is currently "dieting". It's not really dieting, I think she is just watching what she eats. It's called Weight Watchers, dunno the website. She has like a point limit that she can't exceed that day, but she can eat whatever she wants. It's working out GREAT for her, and she is losing a lot.
I'm proud of her for sticking to it cause she has quit all of her previous diets. :D If you're looking to lose weight and not give up all of the foods, just google Weight Watchers.

ahh dieting, such a fun topic to stumble across ^_^ the best thing.. defientely stay away from sugary sodas like he said.. if you eat out, choose healthiest.. like, you can have chinese food, u just gotta choose wisely, like i always have mixed veggies with white rice.. though i do throw an egg roll in, cant help it, they are just so damn good >.<.. all i drink is water and juice, the juice is good for the body, whether or not it has sugar, the vitamin c counteracts that vice.
exercize is required for any diet.. otherwize.. no GOOD weight loss comes of it.. you can lose the weight. but youll have all that extra skin hanging off. and thats just ewwiee!!
