Fallout 3

Fallout 3 is coming out on the 360 in a few months , never [played any of that series , is it worth getting ?

By reviews & trailers looks like a rent not a buy. according to g4tv they thought it was also a pass. fallout series isn.t a big hit. the makers intention to make Fallout 3 similar to the previous two games, focusing on non-linear gameplay. & focus on a good story. which seems lame. better off with Oblivion. which engine is being carried to Fallout 3 (Gamebryo). so don.t go spending $60 plus when it comes out. just rent & find out first hand especially if you have never played the other series. & Fallout Tactics and Fallout Brotherhood of Steel games.

i played all the games in the fallout series and i loved them but those games are so out of date now this new fallout will have to be all on its own as far as the style of gameplay. so i couldnt say to run out and buy it when it first comes out. i would wait and see how it does after it comes out.
