Okay, don't think im a bully but im going to tell you a few minor flaws in this userbar

Dont get me wrong, this is definitely a good userbar. its just CnC.

1. The popout part is a good idea, but it should blend in with the userbar, like half of his body should be.. in the userbar, and half out. Good concept, though.

2. The text is a little big... plus it needs a 1 px black border. :)

3. the background is a mix from bright and dark, its a nice background but try to keep it simple.

4. Theres no scanlines :O Userbars look very nice with scanlines.

Overall, its very nice and creative for a first userbar. Keep it up and keep it simple! Try to keep it like this:
