make a new layer fill it black then go to
select>shrink and set it to 1 px and then hit ctrl+x

Looks alright, try adding some patterns and a shine, usually makes them look a lot better.

I like it-kinda cute- might try to outline or shadow the lettering in black, and do a pink-spotted background for some more color- something to liven it up....
