What is the art about?
Animated flash portrait - I need it as a placeholder for my website
The size of the art in pixels?

First of all, when the animation loads, I would like the image to have a "pixelate"-type transition, and then when it is idle, create a shine every 15-20 seconds. Is it clear? :)
This is just a test image, I will require another one in the future - but the next one will be rewarded with $20.
Anyone up to the simple, I guess, challenge? :)
