So I want it to say THE OUTWORLD in all caps with that, with "THE" being much smaller of course that the word "OUTWORLD."

So basically the style of it is dark, like grays and blacks mostly, with some nice darks blues thrown in there too maybe. I want the text to be outlined in black, with white on the inside, or possibly light gray. I want it to be a background of urban silhouettes, like a city or something. Much like the Newgrounds banner. I will pay you all of my points, and I'm kinda in a hurry to get this too.

For the size just make it 850 by 200px. I might ask for it be resized or cropped a little, depending.

wow thanks for the quick reply. I would like to have it be easier to read, so a little less noise in the letters. Also, make the whole thing a little darker. I really like the finger print type deal though, it looks great.
