forum links

i think a big problem why we see so many members who register who never post is because there is no easy link to the forums. it took me a few minutes to find it but that is because i really wanted to get here. other people might just give up easily. i say have a link to the forums on the sidebar on the domain page.

Theres many link on the site elsewhere leading to the forums.
But once we move to vbulletin, the layout will be completely different, and maybe it will be on the side then.

Im not certain on when we will be moving over, but it shouldnt be too long :)
