Just love all the work that you guys can do, it's just amazing

What program do you use to create the animated userbars

Welcome to the site and glad you enjoyed the userbar gromit made from you. He's a really nice guy.. :P

For animation you can do it from Photoshop and ImageReady (ImageReady) for the animation stuff... (Well thats how i would do them , not sure if others do it differently) Here are a few tutorials if you want to try it out :)

Good Simple Example (Making Text Scroll)

It really is simple to be honest, and the best way to learn is to try it out..
