yeah i couldn't remember how to put a boarder on i did think it would look better with one, more finished off. thank you so much for your suggestion its much appreciated :D

You can do it two different Ways.

YOu can see how I do it on this tutorial http://www.signaturebar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12578 it will be towards the End of the Tutorial.

Or

you make new layer and then go to Image - Apply Image and then right click on that layer in the Layer window and Go to Blend Options, then Stroke 1pxl pick a color and call it good!

:D ah thank you jeffsigs i will look that up now i have been racking my brains and i just couldn't remember what to do. i am working on a third one now so i will do it with that one. there is just so much to take in but i don't think i am doing that bad to say i have only been doing it for 24 hours lol :D practice makes perfect as they say. thanks again for your help
