Gimp-Vector Tutorial (not vector sig)

So, I need to vector an image I made, and i have no idea how, so, if somebody could make a tutorial, it would be great, the image i will be vectoring is below, and since i made it i have the .xcf so the background can be removed if that is a problem. Thanks again guys.
