My grandfather was diagnosed with Lymph node cancer yesterday...... :( :( :( :( :(

im sorry to hear that m8 ive hadsome relatives which have had cancer and got through it so there is a good chance he will be ok.i know this is kinda private but i dont mins sharing, my uncle had testiclur cancer and he had to have 1 cut of. i went with hi with all his appointments hospitals etc so i know what its like but then the relief of the doctor saying hes got the all clear was good so try not to worry too much and if u do hav any questions about it feel free to pm i dont mind :)

I'm sorry to hear that mate. None of my family have ever had cancer but my grandmother was diagnosed with alzheimer's when she was 64. She died when she was 65 a few days after her birthday :(.

I suggest you ask him everything you can about him and what he knows! I only have one grandparent left, and I miss them all dearly :cry:

thx for the advice we are close. the only thing is they don't know if they can treat it cause it is in his entire body. If you don't mind i might make updates on how he is doing.
so so far hes ok i haven't really talked to him about it yet.

Hey man keep strong....just spend more time with him...something which i didnt do allot with my grandfather..who died a couple of years ago..im not gona go into detail cus its personal..hes death just came so sudden...i then realised what a prick i was not spending enought time with him.

aaww.. so sori to hear that dude.. but nway. i have the same situation like your but the difference is my aunt is the one diagnosed with cancer actually it's lung cancer. huhu.. was even worse is that they say she only has about 50% of living for a year now. and she still has kids my age. it'll be so hard for them. i feel so bad for my cousins. they're both good boys and i cant believe it is actually happening to them. but you know. it is not bad to think that it is just one of lifes trials. mostly everything happens for a reason right? so dont worry keep your hopes up. your grandfather would most like not want to see not smiling so put on a smile and make the most of everything whether with sickness or no sickness.. gud luck.

You have my condolences. Though I have not had such a dreadful experience myself I can imagine how awful it must be. Best of wishes with what he will have to go through to survive such a terrible thing and you for having to watch a close loved one become the victim of Cancer.
