Guild Wars good or bad

I have heard a lot of people raving World of Warcraft and others raving about Guild Wars. To me Guild Wars is the best because I do not need to pay to play so I can save my money and there is more than 5 million players so I no its not rubbish.

What about you guys.

Judging a game on those 2 factors really isn't a reliable way of deciding whether to play it or not.

In GW you are limited to lvl 20 sure you can create new characters and level them to 20, but that brings me to my next point. Everyone who plays and MMORPG wants flash, having flashy things keeps people hooked, but from what I have seen, GW armour and weaponry isn't anywhere near as good looking as WoW equipment.

I admit, Wow does have a painful amount of grind connected to it, I myself cannot commit myself to an MMO (I have a life :P) and for that reason I have never got past lvl 62 in WoW (outland just messed me up :lol: )

In conclusion, If you are not committed to MMO's, buy GW, If you can grind for 6 days in a row without sleep and still enjoy a game, buy WoW. In truth, there is no superior game between them, Its like choosing a favourite child... its impossible to decide. You are always going to have the fanboys of WoW and the fanboys of GW arguing with each other over which game is better..... just buy em both and become superior :lol:

And yes you don't have to pay for WoW... but I don't think discussing such things on these forums is such a good idea :roll:
