Have a lil problem can anyone help?

My pc is very slow...and i know why cuz this has happened with my old pc...it just havent been able to clean it for awhile...BUT...there is a problem i cant open my pc cuz i have guarantee sticker on it...so now every time that i need to clean it, i need to give my pc to the guarrantee guyz...So i was wondering is there any way to open the pc without losing the guarantee?????

sorry, i'm not following you... what is a 'guarantee sticker' and where is it located? also, are you talking about cleaning the HARDWARE that's inside the actual computer? cause that won't slow it down at all. it's SOFTWARE you need to clean...
