ok i have a picture i want to upload for a signature, but i dont know of any websites that i can upload it to. anyone know of one?

You can upload your sigs right here at Sigbar. Just click Submit (http://www.signaturebar.com/submitForm.php) (it's also a button in the top navigation bar!). Or you can get signed up to someone like Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com).
