Ummm, I'm a user here at the moment, but with my recent encounters with some of the people here I am going to try and obtain Photo shop and watch some tutorials =D.
The community here is really really nice, and I've wanted to be able to make sigs for ages. I am really looking forward to learning with you guys! ^_^
My name is Luke, I'm 16 and live in Australia. I play guitar and drums and just love to have a good time! My game of choice is Guitar Hero II atm, will be Rock Band very very soon! MUHAHAHA!
I am eager to learn! Teach me!

:D Well the friendly community here pulled me back! I came here ages ago and asked for my current sig, (Thank you Loki! :D) and everyone was really nice, even though we had a bit of trouble noobie was more than happy to help so I thought I would try making sigs for them and hopfuly just give omthin back ya know?

Awww, yous are really nice....well for you clown i have a very easy tutorial that you should find easy to follow, the result isnt a brilliant one as i made this when i first got into gimp, but it explains everything in great detail for you...here it is...

haha, that's the one I don't understand! I got it to 350x120 then you were telling me to change opacity but there was no option for it so I looked and found nothing so I just skipped a head and you already had a background! I couldn't figure it out for the life of me! =P

If not then the way i learned was to google a lot of my problems, like for example, type in......how to render in gimp, or signature tutorial gimp beginners
Thats how i got the basics :D

Wow... Just finished rendering my first pic... took AGES... So many spikes and wavy hair and all that, the first 2 times it stuffed up too! I was like Aww... <=|
Still gotta work out how to do backgrounds though. =D
