Put the .psd in a folder. If you used downloaded fonts make sure to include the font. Right click the folder and select add to archive. Then press ok and it will make it a .rar format. Then upload it using rapidshare.com or megaupload.com

Well first you want to get together your fave files and then put em all in a .rar file then make a readme file in notebad containing terms and conditions then shove that in teh same .rar file.
Next you wanna find the .png's to the files in the pack, then find a size you can fit them all on and text and make a preview in ps/gimp. Then what you do is you save that preiw as a .png or something. upload the preview, then upload the .rar file.

File uploading:
sixpop.com - Not the best for uploading files but is great for images. Its also very good for large images like tuts.
rapidshare.com - Rapidshare goes slow for me. Downloads are good though. Also with rapidhsare you can search for uploads and download them.
mediafire.com - Media fire is my choice. I love mediafire, its simple to use, good looking, fast download and upload and allows you to create folders. Be carful when uploading something around 111mb though, i have a file that didnt work heaps of times no matter how much i tried to upload it just wouldnt.
megaupload.com - never used it but many ppl do and ive downloaded tones off it. I know it allowes you to view images, music, word files, and videos.
Image uploading:
sixpop.com - The best for pics. It allowes fast uploads for large and small images. Its my choice.
imageshack.com - slow and doesnt allow big images
photobucket.com - herd that it contains viruses and its also quite slow
tinypic.com - never used it
