i believe the Chelsea situation was different as no one expected that a team could just buy anyone that they would like but i still think Man City can still buy some World Class players because they have more money than Chelsea

i was just watcihng MAN CITY play about a week ago.
wasnt sure if it was a replay of a game but it wasnt a bad game.
while watching though i saw robhino out there i was like what?
i had no clue he had joined up with that club dont really FOLLOW EPL as much for a soccer fan that i am but i do watch it alot. but im hopin to see a team like man city at the top of the list soon cause im tired of the same old which chelsea and man untied and arsenal that needs to change lets go MAN CITY!
