Mass Effect or Assassin's Creed?

Should I get ME or AC for Christmas. I know AC has a lot of hype but from what i've heard, it hasnt lived up to it. ME has gotten a lot of good words from my friends who have it. Does anybody have both? WHich one is better, based on replay-ability, storyline, and so on?

AC, has gotten a TON of hype. But that is because of it's unbelievebly good graphics and an interesting new style. You probably can't go wrong with either one...

Ill go for Mass Effect. AC was good, but its gets repetitive, cuz ur always doing the same moves over and over again
