How can I make a picture black and white in gimp ?
How can I make a sig/avatar like this http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/1610/jonq.gif (I mean ... I know hot to take the pictures from a movie but how can I make them 1 by 1 in gimp to look like a movie sig?)

go to colors->desturate->ok

to the next Q
the two ways i found is take the long way where you go image by image placing it on the sig where you wont then opening them all up and gif it or get animation shop open up the frames of the video then open up your sig and make the same # of frames for the sig as the video has...

if you need the place to go to buy it just let me now and also if you need a more detailed explanation on animation shop let ether me now or 407370 who originaly told me how to in my tut request...

Thanks a lot for the first one but the 2nd I think I will never understand :) Just if there is any tutorial made for real nobs in youtube (and I did not found) or some images step by step.


P.S I would understand I mean ... I can make sigs like that with 10 photos which is not that much .... but I don't know how to put them to work !
