i didn't use a tut...it was just an imagination...

1.Used clouds...
2.Used some default brushes
3.Added a render
4.Painted the right side with black
5.Used Filter -> Disort -> Wave
6.Rotated pic 180 degrees
7.Again used same filter
8.Rotated 180 degrees
9.Put some text on it
10.Added a border

And there you have it...I just saw how to make the I and 4 from a tutorial...
